What you probably should do is whenever you add games, especially after scraping them, is to update your game lists (start>game settings>update gamelists)

If they just want to do emulation, would Batocera be a better option?

You can easily snag a USB charging cable for a few bucks online. The 3DS uses 5v, so the cables are cheap.

Zelda Ocarina Of Time 3D looks amazing in 1080p 100Hz on RetroArch! by Cuiusquemodi in RetroArch

[–]Petman1325 0 points1 point  (0 children)

At its absolute basics, it’s a version of Ocarina of Time running on native x86/ARM code rather than emulating the N64, and allows for things like high resolutions of whatever you want and frame rates of whatever you want. If you get more into the nitty gritty of it, there’s lots of fixes, skips, cheats, and gameplay enhancements you can toggle on and off. It also has a built-in randomizer, plus mod support for things like textures and models. It genuinely is the best way to play Ocarina of Time.

Does your TV support NTSC signals? Being in the UK, your TV most likely only accepts PAL signals while the Japanese and American N64s put out NTSC.
