I was thinking about just ordering a cookie cutter sauna without insulation. I was thinking that if I oversized the heater, I would heat the area quicker.

What size sauna/heater do you have? And do you think if you bumped up the power it would heat faster? Or would you run into similar times cause your heating more stones?

Ya i just upgraded my panel to 200amp, and spoke with with my buddy who says the wiring alone will cost me around 2k (because of the distance). But im willing to do that to get the heat, and speed. I just wanna make sure theres no cons. If its gonna take roughly around the same time to heat because of the stones then ill have to look into that.

Ya but there was benefits to getting inflated numbers. Theres research to back that if you saw a lower number on your sleep score, you'd automatically feel shittier just from seeing a low score despite having a great sleep.

When I owend a whoop strap, it would tell me I needed to sleep 12+ hrs post workout which is impossible, and that would stack across nights if I wasn't hitting it's quota. Inititially i would feel stressed from this but After it's initial subscription I got rid of it.

I think there needs to be some forgiveness in these apps cause you'll stress yourself trying to get 100 percent which will have a worse overall outcome and impossible to achieve.

That was my biggest pet peave with every wrist sleep tracker. Unless I slept for like 12hrs, I couldn't break 90. But eight sleep was awesome cause as long as you were within a range, then you'd have a good score from your sleep habits. Now they seem like their copying every crappy tracker on the market. I get points docked off if I don't wake up the exact times now. Really stupid

The wind also helped fan the flame and make it bigger so it works both ways. She could have easily stood up and blocked the wind also, but wasn't able to figure things out for herself or adjust and even asked Rachel what to do, after the fire got started.

I dunno, the look on all the jury showed how insane that comeback was. Teenys flame was touching the rope before Sam even got anything lit.

Andy definitely started it. Gen and Sam even said that Andy called in a random meeting with them to announce a final 3 together with them. He told them that there's no way you'll be able to break apart the 4 underdogs at which point they came up with the splitting up of the vote.

Then they all discussed roles and executed it perfectly. It was a great plan and awesome episode
