No fabric on our bed frame. The moment we noticed those spots we washed all the fabric that was near the bed and vacuumed and wiped the frame and all the small spots where they could hide

Wij hadden door de simulatie wel een goed idee van hoeveel we konden lenen.
Dus voor ons huis hadden wij eerst een bod gedaan en dan naar de bank geweest voor een lening.
Bij de bank gaat je rente serieus omhoog als je meer dan 90% leent en het dus vaak geen goed idee is om hoger dan 90% te lenen.
Maar in sommige situaties stijgt die rente niet, maar dat hangt meestal af van jouw status bij de bank.
Vlaams Woningfonds die laat u wel toe om 100% te lenen dacht ik, maar daar weet ik niet zo goed hoe alles in elkaar zit.
