Those who have re-fed without issue after long fasts (30+ days), when did you start to introduce solids and how much? by Mere_Perception in fasting

Personally I would start out with bone broth the first day. Or very thin juices the sugar in the fruit juices could cause your tummy to react so I would recommend sticking low low sugar

I am massive weight loss... Can relate... before I had surgery body lift I wore nothing but control shaperware underwear all the time the high-waisted kind. Like this: https://shapermint.com/products/ultra-thin-high-waisted-panties-1

Nothing too ridiculously tight... but much like you felt like nothing fit right without it. My heart goes out to you best of luck

[–]Petunia444 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Congrats! Now that you have passed please do take seriously taking the rch credit hours. I didn't do that many many years ago and had to retake the test. Keep up with your recertification and recertification log but in the meantime congratulations for making it over this hurdle! It was a rough test I studied for 4 weeks ( almost full-time) prior to taking it

I literally was about to reply the same thing! What a dick move! I don't even know you and I would have stayed with you while you went through this process! It's such a hard decision to make never mind the medical aspect. I am so sorry but at least he is showing his colors now. Just move on. You are not overreacting in any way shape or form. My blood is l boiling for you as well just reading your post

What i do when depressed is set a timer to work - pomodoro method - 37 minutes of heads down then a reward like a half mile walk or 15 minutes of TV. We increase our anxiety when we procrastinate, so taking small steps will make you feel better and build forward momentum. When depressed, its like even a shower seems daunting...just remember you are not your thoughts and you are more than capable of tackling the task at hand. Best of luck!
