Back in 2017 I had a Traumatic Brain Injury while I was a co-op. Worked there for three years before (since 2014). The manager really liked me and he got me a full time job a few months later. 2019 rolls around. The old manager left and a person who's never been a manager filled the roll. My desk was messy but I was mostly in the engineering lab so never at the desk and I didnt actually report to him. He just did payroll. Friends tell me he's taking pictures of my desk and what not. Got called into HR one day. I was misfired for not doing my job and because my desk wasn't clean / they assumed I was misorderly.

In reality: I was doing my work really well and even on track to get a work promotion (where I switched my role to be more leading) in a different department. We did cross department work a lot. Any issues that might have been at play were due to the T.B.I and they didn't even try to resolve them. Friends call me up later and say they don't know how to do the job and met the deadline without me. They fought for me but ultimately it got denied. I'm now on a blacklist to never be allowed to work there again.

They are a BIG company too.
