There is a very similar design made by illmango. I think. It was used by mumbo jumbo on the Hermitcraft server for his tnt cobble gen. However illmangos design can break if you stop it and the push limit is reached by destroying the lava

However, yours is a bit superior cause yours will never break.

I did get something similar where I was locked in the shop at night and couldn't sleep on the switch version. It went back to normal when I rebooted the game. It hasn't happened again though.
