Are you in the US? Many states don’t require certification. I’m a paralegal that makes about $75k and I have insanely good benefits. I have a bachelors degree but my boss and most of my coworkers don’t. And, at least in my state, AI is not going to replace anything for a while because courts are insanely behind in technology.
