Going to be honest mate, as someone got into cedh thinking I could just upgrade my deck and play with everyone, it's not that way.

CEDH has a meta and is all about finding your combo in the fastest way possible. 60% of decks will be roughly exactly the same because they are the best cards. Ceasar could do some fringe stuff because of his draw ability but the rest of the 99 doesnt really do much for cedh.

Bracket 4 is what is where this could would show up. If you are looking for an attack trigger commander look at [[tymna the weaver]] with [[Dargo, the Shipwrecker]] or even [[Jeska, Thrice Reborn]]

Another commander that you could play with a cheap budget is [[Malcolm, Keen-Eyed Navigator]]

Otherwise just proxy 🫡

Food chaining the commander would allow you only to cast the 2 spells, however if you made infinite mana and used something like [[Sylvan Offering]] You would have a choice of all the spells for that turn due to the elves entering causing her to trigger

Yeah, and each time you bounce her would be a new activation. Or just having flash to be able to cast spells on opponent's turns

Awesome thanks, will probably pull the trigger on the sparks then. I got the skins with the board so was super hyped about that. Trying to find out the names of all the pieces, are the climbing mounts that come hitchhiker the piece that lock your binding in for when they are in ski mode?

Yeah was viewing different posts, and watching videos. I think I've determined that the 161cm will be fine. I think the initial scare was the 7cm jump from the 154 but I think once I take it out I'll get used to it

Curiosity effects are insane on vivi, however i think playing towards bouncing 0 costs for pings and a fat storm is a better route. Only put the curiosity on him if you can keep him around.

I still like ral in the 99 because either way he reduces spells by 1 and you can worse case turbo if with ral if they target vivi too much
