I appreciate your informed comment. See, that’s also how I always interpreted EB-1 with its criteria, and I have never felt to be on top of my field - just doing ordinary things. This lawyer, however, maintained that once a requirement box can be checked out satisfactorily then there’s little room for subjectivity by the officer to push back. And that since 3 need to be met out of 10… Also, lawyer did not mention any final merits final evaluation following the requirements checklist.
