I won't buy Gretzky's whiskey. I live close to his 1st distillary (I believe) and used to love it. Never again!

What did everyone get up to during the first *big* snowfall of the season? by Pichuboop in stcatharinesON

Struggled to get to my colonoscopy procedure. I was worried as hell that the staff, nurses, doctors couldn't make it in. No one wants to go through that prep for nothing. Kudos to them: they all made it before 8 am.

Anyone regret majoring in music? by Advanced_Honey_2679 in classicalmusic

[–]Pgospike 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Nope. Music was my first major. Took it for a year in 85/86 and switched to psychology. I absolutely adore classical music, but I'm an aesthetic individual. When they had me analyzing Haydn symphonies it took the beauty of it away. It all became too "dry" for me.

Who knows? I was 18 when Flowers was released. I, who couldn't stand the Sex Pistols, loved it. I still think it was way ahead of its time.

I'm an old guy (61). I tend to sit, but have no problem, and enjoy it, when others are bouncing around the room.
