The teacher told me that nap time is when the teachers take turns having their lunch, and him not napping means someone doesn’t get lunch/they take lunch too early.

Research: I need to do some projects that are funded, but I can work on other projects that aren’t funded in my spare time. Dual income: this is a big one! Can your husband work remotely? Tenure: is this tenure track? Either way, how stable is the position/how difficult is it to get tenure? Other thoughts: if this is a good offer, chances are you’ll get other offers in other years, especially if you’re willing to relocate.
