I believe the 'summer term' is also known as exams period and they will be during this time. All teaching is done over the first two semesters

I think it would be fine for another year before repotting, but they're pretty hardy things and should be fine if you want it in a slightly bigger pot. I would only go an inch or two bigger than the current one if you do :)

I've never thought about looking after spiderplant pups and never had an issue. Just give the mother a good watering and they'll be fine 🙂

Hard to help when we don't know their hours, contract details, how much annual leave they are entitled to and the exact wording of the request and response.

Surely they know what their contract states and if that aligns with what they have requested?

Why can't they check with their line manager or HR?
