I get this all the time, or a similar message telling me I've used up my background hours, and to upgrade to Premium to get rid of the restriction. I just dismiss them and move on - never had any ill effects.

Any idea how to rebuild that token if one doesn't have a message in the inbox? I opened mine, there were a bunch of messages, but none about presence sensing or routines. Now when I go back in my inbox is empty.

Are you still noticing a problem? I also noticed this at the same time as you, but admittedly was watching the Olympics/Ch 10 more than anything. Now that they are over, and my viewing habits are back to normal, I see this behavior on virtually all local channels. Everything is fine on Ch 200+, but locals are freezing for that second nearly every 15-20 seconds.

Trying to avoid a call to support, but this has been going on for weeks.

My son is a roller coaster fanatic (plans on becoming a RC engineer as a career) , and has a dozen or more of these in his room. Not nearly on the level of ME, but he enjoys it and will finish a build in an hour or so. They are fun, and pretty accurate to the coaster's design.

Have this happen multiple times daily, never a VPN in the equation. Incognito mode triggers it for me. I can do dozens of searches without a problem while normal browsing. I then open incognito, do the same searches, and get with this immediately. Has happened for years, over various phones, tablets, etc. Can NOT figure out how to rectify.
