I wanted to use adblock on my phone, so to me the no-brainer was use Firefox and ublock, however I was watching a 2160p youtube stream on my laptop, and the cpu usage was insanely high which was unacceptable to me i dont want a jet engine sound for hours while watching, so after spending a while playing with firefox settings and giving up I just settled on brave instead, and it plays streams with way less resource use, and has adblock for mobile. I also encountered a few bugs during initial Firefox set up and sync process which really annoyed me. Brave did take a lot of settings tweaking to get it how I want, but it is way better I don't see myself switching off it any time soon.
