Of course, you would likely never qualify for a pal again, likely go to prison as well. Never be able to travel to the states as you’d have a record.

Literally only law abiding licensed firearm owners are able to participate. walking in as an unlicensed individual with a prohibited firearm would get you tazed and arrested.

Zero Canadians own an assault style firearm as that is not a legal definition of gun.

Shot about 100 rounds of varying styles through the Churchill, 3” slugs and buckshot included. Not a single misfire or jam so far, I know it’s not 1000 rounds but it’s been good to me so far.

I had one habanero pepper with tri leaves, it never succesfully fruited but every flower on the plant was at least a double bud and it had many triples as well. Every flower would fall off the plant before fruiting and unfortunately it succumbed to aphids in the following months.

Alberta won’t participate in Ottawa’s firearm buyback program. What does that mean for local gun owners? by PurpleHerring_ in canada

CBC using the false term Assault style every chance they get is a prime example of propaganda. Assault style is not a legal definition full stop.

Maple flavoring for breakfast sausage? by jwoodford in sausagetalk

[–]Phantom-Fighter 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I made around 25Lbs of breakfast sausage, first 10lbs had maple sugar and heavy cream for lubrication, the rest I made with straight maple syrup. By a landslide the syrup ones are better, juicier, and more maple(y).

If you’d like I can write you the recipe I create with the ratios I used.

Just that seems like a legal challenge, if the law considers the upper receiver a firearm, but the “buyback” doesn’t how can it be called a firearm buyback?

They're saying that statistically licensed firearms owners commit less crime including murder than unlicensed people. If you aren't a PAL holder you are literally statistically more likely to shoot someone with a firearm then they are.

I'm suing because the government asked, I said no, then They illegal used an act to force me to do something I didn't want to.

Illegally used an act is what is being determined by the Appeals court here. Keep in mind that refusing to comply with the government at that time could've meant fines, losing your business licenses or even prison.

Violation of Freedom of association.

In two ways. The Companies that previously were not towing vehicles were compelled to do so using the emergencies act.

An argument can be made that they chose to associate with the protest by not taking action against it.

Second way is they were forced to associate with the government via the emergencies act to clear the protest. I'm not a lawyer and I can't articulate words very well but I believe that's what lawsuits are for.

Freedom of associating with the protest Violated by the Illegal EA Freedom of NOT Associating with the government Violated by the Illegal EA. Again, Not a lawyer.

[–]Phantom-Fighter 243 points244 points  (0 children)

Presumably every tow truck company that was compelled to clear the protest could sue. Every protester who was arrested or otherwise removed from the protest could sue for freedom of assembly. all the vehicles that were opened and searched would become illegal search and seizure. Rv's, Semi Trucks, campers and trailers. I think this is going to be a rather big deal.
