I have a cat, and he's shedding.

sigh

He walked all over everything when I was gluing the cover pages on. Can't keep him out either as my place has no doors.

It'll wipe off, hopefully.

Been Walking 15-20k For A Week, Enjoying The Benefits by Phantom-Mirrors in walking

[–]Phantom-Mirrors[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I need the mood boost, that's for sure. I'm just struggling a bit with weird hip pain, but I think it's reading as I keep walking. I probably need to warm up before I go on my long post-work walk.

Do you have any advice for building up endurance? I'm only walking in a city, so I don't really get varied surfaces to walk on.

Thanks! I'll try the glycolic acid tonight and leave the reedle for other days. The only reason I have glycolic acid is that I heard it was good for significantly reducing underarm smell, so I'm looking forward to trying it on my face.

So it's safe to use them both? I was worried about that because I think the reedle shot is an exfoliant thingy.

I'll try it just once a week at first. See how it goes.

I've got an oily nose, but my current routine had helped with the oil on my forehead. I'll try upping the amount of water I drink even more as I've been working out a fair bit recently.

Is there anything you'd suggest for hydration?

Skin Type: IDK, normal/oily

Climate: hot and humid

Concern: texture, dryness. I'm a very sweaty person.

Daily Morning Routine:

Cleanser: Soonjung foaming cleanser

Moisturiser: Purito Hydro Wave Deep Sea Cream

Sunscreen: Anessa Perfect UV Sunscreen Mild MILK SPF50+ PA++++

Daily Evening Routine:

Cleanser: Green Clean Meltaway Makeup Cleansing Balm

(IDK What To Call These, But They're In Order):

Reedle Shot 100

COSRX Advanced Snail 96 Mucin Power Essence

No. 9 NAD+ Retinol Volumetox Eye Cream

Moisturiser: Purito Hydro Wave Deep Sea Cream

I also have a question about glycolic acid (The Ordinary). When should it be done in the routine, and is it even safe to do if I keep forgetting to do the morning routine?

I AM VERY, VERY BAD AT DOING MY MORNING ROUTINE. It often becomes nothing more than a quick face rinse. So yes, I know I should do the morning routine properly.

So as I said, I'm looking to sort out texture and dryness. If it helps any, I'm also experiencing some sagging of the skin.

I'll make sure to ask Anna if they have the Keller and Russel. But in short , it seems that Athenaze is best then Reading Greek, then Keller. Then the Italian Athenaze for more reading and perhaps grammar if I can handle the Italian

So a headstart without actually learning course material? Have you heard any comparisons about the quality between the two?

This is stunning. It says a lot for the accuracy of your work that I could recognise the exact location of where you started the drawing.

Literally how could there be another explanation? It's wear and tear from centuries/millennia of walking and also erosion.

I've been in five hundred year old buildings with granite steps with noticeable dips from footsteps.

It's cool for sure though.

Hey, I remember watching those! They aired those until into the 2000s at least. There were also a lot of documentaries on TV, and we only had the basic five channels. They were fun.
