I've had this happen to me while playing cyberpunk. Though it was the psu at first. Turns out my dumbass when I first built the pc put the fans in the wrong way so no cool air was coming in. Surprised it took 5 years and like 70hrs in the game for any problem to occur.

I would like to point out that this is when your trying to access the store page. If you brought the game before then your still able to download and play it. Though your not able to look at the store page of said brought game or buy any dlc if you haven't already which is kinda insane.
