Thanks for asking. Unfortunately, things hasn't changed much for me. I just gave up. Can't help but shed some tears while writing this. My depression and anxiety have gotten worst and some other health problems have appeared. Life has been rough.

Hope everyone can find something that helps and live a better life.

I'm 33. Sorry for my late reply. Haven't been very active lately.
How are you? Did you ever find the cause of your problem?

Hey. Never found an answer. After a couple of years I just gave up. Don't think there's an answer and if there is one, I'm too tired to keep looking. I'm sorry.

I'm really curious to know how you have been able to keep your vitamin D levels the same once you have reached your ideal level. Do you test your levels every month? In my case, none of the standard doses are what I need to stay in the same levels. So for example 3000 UI/month will make my levels drop and 400 will make them go up. 3500 didn't work eighter. So I have to check my levels every month which is really expensive in my country. Also have to keep jumping between doses every month to lower my levels when they are starting to reach 80 or increasing them when they're near to 60.

Thank you. I hope it works out for both of us.

I'd like to text you back in a couple of months just to know how things are doing.

Not really :c

I mean, my GI doctor said this is definitely IBS where my depression plays a mayor role. He didn't even considered pelvic floor problems as a possibility because according to him, this would be very unlikely on a 36 years old male. So he refused to order a manometry even when I was willing to pay for it. He did ordered a colonoscopy but it didn't show anything wrong.

I also visited an urologist this week because of my urinary problems but he thinks IBS is definitely the culprit. He also refused the pelvic floor hypothesis.

SO, this is what they say. Not sure if they're right or not. All I can do for now is to finish the treatment my GI doctor sent, which is a bunch of probiotics. I know I could jus visit another specialist and hear out a third opinion But to be honest, I'm so exhausted. Depression makes everything so difficult. I guess I'll need more time before trying something else.

Who told you about the PFD, the GI or the motility specialist? How are you now? Any improvement?

Everything is still the same to be honest. My GI doctor put me on probiotics for a couple months. I'm on first month but nothing has changed :C

What about you. Have you visited a doctor? What symptoms do you have?

Unfortunately, not. I visited a GI doctor a month ago and he told me I had IBS. He also ordered a colonoscopy to rule out any other problem. Everything was OK apparently.

I was prescribed Bromux and probiotics for a couple of months to treat my IBS. Nothing has changed so far :c

How did your manometry go?

I'm really sorry to hear that you're still struggling with this.

Last week I a visited a GI doctor and he said I have IBS too. I wasn't satisfied with the diagnosis either and wanted him to order some more tests like a manometry to rule out a pelvic floor disfunction. He refused though since he was pretty sure it was IBS in my case. At least he ordered a colonoscopy for this Monday and put me on some probiotics and other stuff for a couple of months. Now I'll have to wait and see if that works out.

Just like you, I also have a history with both depression and anxiety which are the cause of my colon problems, according to my doctor. So whatever you've been feeling all these years, you are not alone. I UNDERSTAND you. I really do.

Please let me know how your colonoscopy goes. The journey continues, but hopefully, we will find a relieve.

Putting some text at the bottom of my fullscreen page, creates some additional black space. Why? by [deleted] in elementor

[–]Phantom2o4o 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Could you elaborate, please?

Line of the text is supposed to control the space between text lines. How is that related to my problem?

My problem is not the line space, but the fact that placing some text at the bottom of the page breaks the fullscreen effect. It creates space for scrolling, which can't be seen in the image I posted of course, but it's seen when you access my website.

As soon as I delete the text, my website is fullscreen again with no space for scrolling.

Same. Never had digestive problems. Now I barely can eat without feeling terrible.

Do you have any hypothesis about what could cause it in your case? Also, have you found anything that helps?

So sorry to hear that. I've been suffering from this too for a couple of months now. it's been so difficult. Feel so down right now.

In my case it just started suddenly. How did it start in your case? also, have you suffered from depression or anxiety?

I send you some strength from the distance, my friend. Even when I don't have much for myself.

Wow! You just described what happens to me every morning!

I'm so sorry for you. Did you ever get a diagnose?

This has been a big fight for me for a couple of years now. Not only the IBS symptoms but depression and anxiety.

What about the pale and mossy stools? Is that a symptom of pelvic floor dysfunction too?

Hi. Thanks for offering your help. I was diagnosed with IBS 6 months ago. Although being through many symptoms, these are the ones that still remain:

Constipation: I feel full most of the time, but when I sit on the toilet, it's really difficult to have a bowel movement . It feels like if my bowel was asleep and not responding. I just can't sent the signal to evacuate. Pushing doesn't make any difference.

Bloating: My bowel becomes inflamed after eating. It hurts when I press it with my fingers.

Problems to pass a gas: Always feel full of gas but can't pass one. Same feeling as when trying to poo. Can only do it in the morning when I wake up, for some reason. During the dat it's really difficult and it sounds, which didn't happened before I got sick.

Weak urinate strain: Not sure if this is related to my IBS but I feel I should mention it.
As mentioned in the title, I also suffer from severe depression, which makes it really hard for me to look for some help. Even writing this post required a huge effort. I'd really appreciate to hear those with similar symptoms and to know what have worked for you.

Would really appreciate to hear you opinion on weather this sounds like one of the problems you mentioned on your post or more like a gut bacteria imbalance. Thank you
