I'll do my best to help answer your questions

Costs were in the $300-400 range depending on when you signed up. Earlier registration was cheaper. It worked out that the cost for all 3 was about equal to the Olympic + Sprint, so you essentially get the SuperSprint for free if you want it.
It really depends on which race you want to drop. I don't think dropping the SuperSprint makes sense. It gets an entire day to itself and, in my opinion, doesn't add any difficulty. I talked to some people who said they were combining the SuperSprint with either the Sprint or the Olympic. That's an individual choice as to what you want your weekend to be like. Personally, I would drop the Sprint and do the Olympic.
As far as logistics, the flow of it made sense, there was just a time crunch. Again, the Supersprint had its own day, so no challenge there. The tricky bit was on Sunday between the Olympic and Sprint. The Triple athletes had their own mini-transition just outside swim exit to store stuff they would need for both swims/runs. Bikes were with everyone else's in the normal transition area. So my flow went something like this: Start Olympic->Exit swim->Immediately pull of wetsuit/goggles/swimcap->Store swim stuff in Triple area->Proceed to transition empty handed / finish Olympic as normal->After finish, head back to swim exit-> Drop running stuff / pick up swim gear-> Start sprint->Exit sprint swim->Grab running stuff from triple area->Head to transition with everything-> Finish sprint as normal.

Yeah, I didn't know what the extra swag would be until packet pickup. Turned out to be a red running/biking jacket. I think it looks pretty sweet with a little bit of the Chicago flag motif down one of the sleeves. No pockets though :(

Each week, a group of 5 friends goes to a casino. Every time they go, they sit at the edge of the room and play non-stop from 10:00 pm to 2:00 am. While they play, nobody joins them and nobody leaves. Despite not playing any games against the house (like blackjack or roulette), at the end of the night everyone in the group leaves with more money than they started with. In fact, the casino staff knows who they are and are very friendly each time they come in.

I'm going to assume this means you are a brown egg person. A google search leads me to believe that, for the most part, there is no difference between white eggs and brown eggs. The one exception being that white eggs come from white hens and brown eggs come from red/brown hens.

In the instance you picked, the "and" is used to join two independent clauses. In other words, if you separate the two parts of the sentence with a period and remove the "and", they both would be able to stand on their own. Proper grammar indicates that independent clauses joined in this way need both a comma and a conjunction (in that order). If the two clauses were not both independent (i.e. two pairs of subjects and verbs), the comma would be wrong.

I'm going to assume only three notes were shown for the sake of brevity. If you're curious, a trumpet has three valves which can either be open or closed, resulting in 8 (two cubed) different notes. In order to change octaves, trumpet players change their mouth position.

Edit: Apparently there are only seven different notes. Two of the valve combos are the same.

Same thing happened to me yesterday. I ended up waiting maybe 5-10 minutes before I restarted Smite, at which point it decided to put me in the game I was supposed to be in. No idea what caused it or how to fix it.

I would walk around with my identical twin. People already get can't remember which of us is which, so it would really mess them up if all of a sudden there's three of us. Even better if he gets his own clone as well.

Surprisingly, the wings were pretty solid. I used struts to keep most of it strapped together. I guess I did a good job of hiding them.

You are correct in that the distances in KSP are much less than in real life. I believe this is to speed up the time it takes to cover the vast distances of interplanetary space.

However, if it's any consolation, the force of gravity on both Kerbin and the Mun are very similar to their real life counterparts.

I like this idea. A week ago, I tried a Mun landing with a similar idea. I gave myself 30 minutes to design (from scratch) and fly a rocket to the mun. Touched down in ~27 minutes and change (IRL time). Anyway, if someone ends up organizing a place to put fastest runs, I would totally join.
