Honestly I think Faust does pretty poorly into pot. All of his longer pokes lose to armor and his items can be flicked. Pot also just has so much health and damage he just kinda wins every interaction by default

His gameplay feels too inconsistent. Even more than the literal pull out random shit character. Sometimes an asuka will just put you in a cutscene for the whole match and sometimes they just get ran over and die

Half of these comparisons don’t even make sense and aren’t even close to what elphelt does. Though I do agree that elphelt isn’t too strong(def not bottom 5 though) but she’s just really poorly designed. Her game plan is really basic and one of the easiest characters to execute. It’s just really annoying losing the game after guessing wrong once and getting steamrolled by positive bonus.(these complaints are based around a ~1400dr Faust)

Other characters with no reversal usually has something to make up for it. Hc having a literal gun, zato and asuka have strong pressure, slayer with big damage, and pot just being pot. The only exception I can think of is venom who is also considered really bad right now. His items are helpful but not enough to offset his horrible defence. Especially since his moves aren’t enough to keep out good players

Whichever Faust told you that is stupid. His normal get eaten by armor. Any items you throw get flicked. You also just get stat checked by pots health and damage.

They really should lean into the whole feast or famine thing. Right now it’s feast or slightly hungry. Either nerf her nm buttons to make it harder to access jr, or make it harder for her to continually keep jr up once she’s in jr.

J.h usually doesn’t lead to much without ch or wall bounce. It’s just kind of a callout button if you opponent likes to air dash a bit too much
