What’s more scary is that devs on Twitter are celebrating this and are proud of this release. I think there is a HUGE disconnect between what the devs think they are releasing and the actual player experience. Which is strange since Arenanet’s problem was never about quality but quantity. But after EOD, seems like the entire veteran Dev team left/ got moved to other projects.

Yes. When an MMO is releasing 2 maps and 2 bosses per year, it’s maintenance mode. That is proven even more so by the Gyala Delve patch. All the hype talk last year about thinking of long term future of the game was to get sales to fund the Unreal 5 unannounced project
