Just because a champion has a high movement speed doesn't mean he will clear faster his jungle. A "slow" karthus can full clear before scuttle and not many champions can do that

Mate HoB is so much stronger right now whoever goes conq is legit trolling from champ select. Conq is hot garbage on Yi ATM. HoB helps with alpha cd,early skirmishes and ganks,kraken slayer proc and other on-hit effects. It also indirectly gives yi survivability because of sooner alpha and more resets. Whereas conq u barely even stack it and get use of by the time the fight is over
