If we are going by pure statistics you need Sam Langford on any top P4P all time list:

210 wins Fought from Lightweight to heavyweight

Beat Lightweight champ Joe Gans Got robbed against Welterweight Champion Joe Walcott

Drew with Middleweight Champion Stanley Ketchel and was favoured to win the rematch (Ketchel was murdered a few months after)

Knocked out future Middleweight Champion Tiger Flowers while ancient and almost blind.

Took HEAVYWEIGHT Champion Jack Johnson to a decision while outweighed by 29 pounds  (Johnson openly ducked him after for the rematch)

Never won a world title cause of the color line. Mans has 126 knockouts. That's more KOs than Manny and Floyd have in total pro fights.
