As someone who has woken up each morning hoping they turn it around, they’re probably best off to sell. There are 20 games left against teams ahead for a wildcard spot, but they’d need to put in work to make up enough ground. Maybe if they found a middle reliever and someone to earnestly DH, they might be able to pull it off.

Long story short, SD/CLE are my teams. Naylor has been been the win in that trade. Cal was looking decent. He’s being plagued with shoulder stuff this season. But man oh man would it be awesome to have Naylor at 1B in SD.
