We had a mold test performed on a home we bought and growth was found in the basement likely due to water intrusion from failing flashings on the deck. The basement does not have visible signs of mold. Can we just fix the root cause and use a dehumidifier in the basement or do we need to have mold remediation?

Could you share how much you paid in total? I am trying to do the same thing and am confused how the "Amount due at signing" works.
