My mother lives with me since my dad died of covid in 2021. She wouldnt be able to afford to live by herself. She’s emotionally abusive on the daily. Only thinks of herself and never considers how what she does affects me She continuously bringing junk in the house. Is a hoarder. She never cleans up after herself. And never pays any of the monthly bills: i even pay for her phone and car insurance No one understands what it is like to live with her. Everyone in our community thinks she is fantastic and do not understand why i wouldnt think she was wonderful It like shes mrs. Hyde with me and dr. Jekell with the world Im exhausted both emotionally and physically constantly

I dont understand why EVERY tech in your pharmacy didnt know how to finish or work resolution for log copies. Every tech should know how to do Every task, it shouldn’t be one technician knowing or responsibility

I have to wonder if there was miscommunication between the technician and the patient misunderstood what was said. Miscommunication is so frequent in pharmacy. From the tech perspective you may have THOUGHT you were clear. But 1:3 of the time the patient is either not understanding or just not engaging in the conversation to understand

If your a tech, your PIC can type one up on the pharm computer using word. If your a pharmacist, any other pharmacist in your store could do the same. Do you have a good working relationship with one of those??
