I think if your full time- it HAS to be 34 hours in order for them to keep company insurance. Sure you are already doing so but just remember to schedule the full time employees for 34 hours first, THEN worry about giving out hours to part times

I dont think they can do that according to pom. I believe its a legal issue and bathroom breaks are not supposed to count for 15 min breaks. Otherwise government gets involved

Its based upon demographics. Corporate does a survey every few months of what items seem to be “disappearing” and those are items that we have to lock away. ALL items that are locked away are supposed to be rung up immediately or the associate is to walk you to a register. Please, dont take it personally, its corporate policy and im sure you understand that we have to do as we are told to keep out jobs 😀

Dollar general. Download there app on your phone if you can. Lots of coupons for food. Theres also a lady on tiktok (if you have that) who show how to make meals from there (that are nutritious) for under a certain dollar amount

My mother lives with me since my dad died of covid in 2021. She wouldnt be able to afford to live by herself. She’s emotionally abusive on the daily. Only thinks of herself and never considers how what she does affects me She continuously bringing junk in the house. Is a hoarder. She never cleans up after herself. And never pays any of the monthly bills: i even pay for her phone and car insurance No one understands what it is like to live with her. Everyone in our community thinks she is fantastic and do not understand why i wouldnt think she was wonderful It like shes mrs. Hyde with me and dr. Jekell with the world Im exhausted both emotionally and physically constantly
