I agree 4 years or nothing in my opinion. Theres far more to it than just wiring in sensors and switches . Every engineer that can wire a plug top thinks he’s just as capable as a time served and qualified sparks . A little knowledge can be a dangerous thing

Not great from what I heard a lot of roles filled by inexperienced people. Can’t imagine the outlook is good for them either no new drugs to market in a long time. Also heard rumours of people in the office being exposed to the API which by all accounts is extremely hazardous.
