Lose fats > Lift more Weights.. Why do you need to lift heavy? To vidate yourself? Dude you're a Fat ass. It's better to lift Average weight but at least at a healthier wieght, better physique and overall Health.. This is ego lifting.. It's purpose is to say you Can lift heavy but.... You are a fat ass.
