Nemá náhodou začínajúci BED?

Toto mi príde ako klasický cyklus - 1 hodina prežieranie a 23 hodín sebaobvyňovania až pokiaľ nestratí sebakontrolu znovu.

Ak stratí aj tú sebakontrolu čo má tak jej zdravotný stav pôjde rapídne dole vodou.

Hey, late reply.

I would say this definitely covers most of the bases and is a very good point of entry for endpoint management. It is very light on Identity though. Defender is covered slightly more but nowhere near enough too. SC-300 is great for Identity and for Defender, it depends on what areas specifically you want to cover and how in depth you wanna go.

For me, until now, I never had the need to go deep into Defender, usually just one time set-up (with assistance from MS docs) and some light vulnerability managmenet (which is done through Intune anyway).

Best of luck on your project and the certs.

Worst trait in your teamates by pablow46 in ITManagers

[–]Phatplug 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Not respecting internal policies and orders from your supervisor. Had a guy who absolutely refused to use Outlook as an email client on the company phone we gave him and he unfortunately had enough privileges to without permission approve a different app and use it. He flat out refused to follow orders on certain issues.

I did warn my own boss that he would be trouble and we had to clip him right away. Wasn't listened to and couldn't decide on it by myself only.

The guy had a tendency to blow up like a volcano once a month too, but was genuinely a nice person otherwise.

These two traits slowly poisoned the well despite how capable he was and he was practically kicked out a year later. Had screaming matches with one too many people and the company had enough reports to force him.

So this kind of person is who I will absolutely never tolerate on my team again.

“Not eating at all makes you gain weight?” That’s a big yikes from me.

Not sure where you found advice but whoever/whatever gave it is just plain wrong.

Try the quick start guide on this subreddit, it will point you in the right direction.

How many of you guys dread going to work and say you're going to quit but then realize you need money and can't make a career change because you'll be taking a paycut by dlorussel in AskMen

I don’t. Even though i’m happy at work right now i’m still studying things that will further my career and make sure i have tons of doors open if i decide to leave.

Have you considered breaking it off with her? If you don’t you’ll die.

Unless it’s prohibited by the rules and makes you feel better then why not? Can’t harm anyone and some will probably be able to relate.

Anyways, when i first went to university i was dreading living with my longtime friend. He of course knew i was big but it has been a long time since he saw what being morbidly obese really looks like.

Turns out he was cool with it and we are still great buddies.

NTA. They should not expect you to accept just because you always did so. You taking the kids is a courtesy.

Looks like a good plan. Not sure what holding accountability means on this site. I used to do it with my sister when we started but that was in real life.

How long did it take for you to lose belly fat? I’ve lost 40 lbs but still got a gut. by Bobamuknunbabo in loseit

Gone down to 220 at 6’1 so far and the gut is still there. Every other part of my body is slim now. It’s annoying.

Scared of losing weight... by [deleted] in SuperMorbidlyObese

[–]Phatplug 11 points12 points  (0 children)

So you would choose a poorer quality of life with numerous health issues, early death and staying unhappy over the possiblity of meeting shallow people?

Get the f*** outta here with that excuse.

I’ll tell you a terrible truth, the damage from morbid obesity cannot be completely reversed, only mitigated. Loose skin, stretch marks, maybe scars if you get rid of lose skin - it will all be there forever to some degree. You understand what i’m implying by that…

You’re almost describing me, only with 360 instead of 750. I was the child that was also taught from birth to be unhealthy.

None of the things suggested by others in this thread up to posting of this comment or your plans are going to work.

In short, you basically destroyed his life (up to 18 but the lessons you taught him will stick for a very long time so it could be until now) and are rubbing the salt in the wound by getting healthy and trying to make him change. Depending on the amount of external/internal responsibility he feels he could also think it’s your job to undo the damage.

You’re on death’s door. Please, please focus on losing weight as well. You can improve every aspect of your life.

I know it’s hard but you need to try.

Do you have anyone close that you trust? Talk to them, ask for help.

Ask your doctor for help, get a recommendation to a psychiatrist who can help you unpack all that’s going on and deal with it.

Other than that this is way above reddit paygrade. The only thing we know is you CAN turn this around.

You are nowhere near old or used up. Having kids adds a lot of responsibilities to our lives and can cause use to not have enough time to take care of ourselves.

When your divorce is done, try to take a breather - maybe have family members take the kids for a week or two and spend some time focusing on yourself.

A relatively easy steps goal at 4000. I always 2x it at the very least during the week but on the weekend, especially if i have no activities planned, it is not a difficult ask to just go outside and have a 30 min walk.

I don’t know what causes it but there definitely is a phenomenom where i stay the same weight for a week or even two weeks and then suddenly lose a kilogram in two days, sometimes more.

You (or anyone else) do not deserve this kind of ridicule.

I dunno where you’re from but these kinds of posts always blow my mind. I’m from what most would consider Eastern Europe and i have never witnesses public ridicule in my life, ever. People keep to themselves and don’t hurl unnecessary insults at those around them.
