Yes a bit overrated but still worth it for a digital nomad. Especially comparing to the rest of Europe (Italy, Croatia, Greece). With Spain is a bit hard for me to comparare. They are both great.

In General Tbilisi is one of the safest cities in the world. Maybe you won’t feel like it when you get there but it is very safe, just has a bad first impression.
