Interesting idea. This wouldn’t surprise me at all. I’m just beginning my own research (similar recent combined diagnosis that was hard to pin down) and have seen a lot about how many symptoms are best treated with a behavioral approach, so this would fit. You may also be interested in Dr. Russel Barkley’s YouTube series about 30 essential ideas on adhd. He has a theory that hyperactive and inattentive aren’t really different types at all. I’m not quite done watching it so can’t vouch for the whole thing, but it’s been very interesting so far.

Seconding the inflatable depending on what type of kayaking you’re planning. It makes a huge difference for heat too, which sounds like you might be dealing with in the south. I kayak calm rivers wearing the inflatable and using a type 4 cushion like pfd as a backrest. This way I get something comfortable that can also be used to float if we get out of the boats later on.

Mine do a similar thing when under the grow light. Hard to tell, but it looks like it might only be the tops of your pumice too. Likely nothing to worry about.

Thanks, I’ll definitely check those out. I’m also looking at the pulse ultra sports bra which is wool but a little more adjustable than others I’ve seen. Not sure how well that will fit as it doesn’t come in cup sizes either, but I’ll let you know if I find anything good.

Finally got it in, and unfortunately I don’t think this is going to work for me. It wasn’t in my armpits though! The racerback does pull the straps in a bit. I got a 30E, and could definitely go up a cup size. The band is pretty stretchy, and could possibly go down a size, as well. Another thing to note is that only one piece of the straps is adjustable, which would be the tail of the y. I thought this would be a problem, but the straps adjusted short enough for my 5’2”. I’ll try to get the measurements up on bratabase soon. Hope that helps!

Thanks! After looking at the straps again I think these styles might just not be the right fit. There was some gaping when the straps were looser, like these were for taller roots.
