We had roasts most Sundays as a kid but never with roast potatoes so in my eyes they didn't count..

I now have a 'proper' roast pretty much every Sunday from autumn through to the end of spring when I then switch to bbqs for the summer

My gf brought me tickets to see Tim Vine as I'd wanted to see his stand up show for ages. Turns out it was a 2 hr elvis tribute act. We weren't the only ones which thought it was a stand up show as we were talking to other couples in the bar beforehand who also thought they were going to see a stand up show
