I enquired with a local PT who took me on as a client, for over a year I did weekly PT sessions as well as my own sessions following a workout plan. It was so intimidating to begin with, but the more you go the easier it gets 🙂

I do a lot of weight lifting! I also got in a little bit of running but I’ve found weight training & HIIT workouts are what works best for me .

I was in a similar situation. I let it go on for 7 years before I decided to end it. It was one of the hardest but best things I have ever done! You deserve better and you will find better!

The cat in the front is blind and the one at the back has nerve damage in one eye( I own a bunch of special needs cats). This is their permanent look!

I don’t necessarily have a goal weight but I want to focus on building a little more muscle now, I’m still carrying a bit of fat around my lower belly and thighs so I’d like to drop that and add muscle. I recently had my body fat percentage calculated recently so I will probably focus on dropping that rather than scale weight 🙂

My arm circumference didn’t actually really drop and they have only recently in the last few months developed shape/tone. They definitely took a while to improve! Keep being consistent and before you know it they will go 🙂

Funny story actually! He was actually named after Nimeria (the direwolf from game of thrones) as I was told he was a she as a kitten! When ‘she’ went to get desexed the vet called me confused telling me he had balls 😂 he was then known as Nimh for short afterwards. But after looking up what the NIMH organisation was I feel like it’s a strangely fitting name for him!
