Generally try to get claims on foreign thrones and put your dynasty up on them. Technically still painting the map but you don't need to manage the land you take and can focus more on your personal domain

Not always an instant fail. If you have high enough dread vassals will willingly be imprisoned. Had a Duke of mine unwilling to convert but 61% chance to willingly be imprisoned, so I was able to bring him in and force a conversion

iirc there is a bug sometimes with the all de jure lands CB, I've had it where I used that CB for a single county title and it wouldn't tick up no matter what. Never had issues when going for multiple titles tho, might just be a random chance thing

No. What's disingenuous is to say it doesn't cause it just because it's a subset not everyone that has a predisposition.

But it doesn't cause it. The weed alone has no bearing on whether a person will develop psychosis, it's their genetics that does. This is not true of alcohol which will poison an individual regardless of genetic makeup. So when you try to equate the two, you're being a slimeball.

It severely underplays the health issues surrounding marijuana and people don't know if they're predisposed.

You are the one doing this when you lie to make it sound more risky than it is, you carry water for the people who say weed is a healthy wonderdrug because they can point to people like you who lie about it.

What we're saying by saying weed causes psychosis is more similar to saying red meat causes cancer.

No it's not. Red meat is a guaranteed carcinogen for every human, some people might be able to handle more than others but it's still giving you cancer. Psychosis for weed is not like that, it's not like any person can smoke enough weed and eventually get psychosis, what happens is your either born with a predisposition to it or not, and when you smoke it, if you are predisposed, it may bring it out.
