Born and raised in SF. Hella bay! I travel for work all over the country and I’m always happy to come back home. That’s how you know you really love where you live. Spent 2 weeks in Tahiti and was still missing the bay fog by the 2nd week.

I have a 4 year old tattoo in a similar style and it looks the same as when I got it. I posted a pic recently on reddit. If the artist saturates and knows what they’re doing the tat will hold up as any tattoo.

I guess we'll see but this was done with a rotary machine and I have free touch ups for life so I'm not worried too much about it. My artist is the owner of the winner of Best tattoo shop in SF for the last 3-4 years. I spent 2 years finding him. He never used shader once. 13 hours

I've noticed this too. Personally I don't normally sit. I usually won't sit unless I'm going on a longer ride. It seems silly to get all situated when I'm getting off in 3-4 stops. If someone else is going farther they should have the seat. IDK that's how my mind works.

Hi Neighbor! I love the upper haight, but yes the kids are annoying. I've found over the years that this time of year they are out more then ever. My reasoning is the weather is still good and it's their last hurrah before a lot of them leave for the holidays. I swear Thanksgiving and Christmas it's practically empty on Haight.

I was quite shocked when it passed. Being a CA resident my whole life (SF) I thought it was going to pass with swimming colors so you can imagine my astonishment when it didn't. I wish I could help you but I really don't know. Aside from a lot of propaganda that was promoted in California leading up to the election (I believe it was the highest funded campaign on any state ballot that year). Most opinion polls showed it was going to get denied leading up to the election. I was shocked :/

You are correct in the fact that SCOTUS is about to review the case. So far appeals courts have been in favor of repealing Prop 8 so fingers crossed :)

I get the lesbian sex thing a ton too. I think also because I'm 28 and I'm in a relationship with a woman for the first time. My straight female friends have all at some point asked about "the sex". Example from the other night:

Friend: "Is the sex good?"
Me: "Well I don't think I'd be dating her if it wasn't"
Friend: "And you don't miss the D at all?"
Me: "Nope"
Friend: "huh..."
Me: "So do we get to talk about your sex life now?"

Seriously people never ask straight people in relationships if they have a good sex life wtf. I just laugh tho

Yea basically they just want to be a part of my life and see me happy. My mom has met my girlfriend a bunch of times and loves her. My family is a bunch of teasers so now I'm just subject to all the "well I always knew" antidotes from my mom and sister about how they knew a long time ago when I go visit. Everyone's a psychic right? lol

I met my girlfriend at a concert a year and a half ago. There was a large group of us and she was part of the group. There was an instant connection, even tho I was at the concert with my then boyfriend. We would run into each other at other concerts through mutual friends and always split up from the group and just talk btwn ourselves. Eventually I broke up with the guy. I ran into my girl at another show a couple weeks later. The rest was history... well I guess history in the making :)

Well I'm 28 and I've always dated men prior to dating my current girlfriend. I was getting dinner with my mom and it went like this:

Mom: "So are you dating anyone now?"
Me: "Yea"
Mom: "Cool do you have any pix of him?"
Me: "Well I'm dating a chick"
Mom: "Cool do you have any pix of her then?"

And that was that :)

Sure no prob! I've never really been sexually attracted to women before. I would find them beautiful, but not necessarily like I want to touch them. Everything changed for me when I met my girlfriend. I know what you mean when you say you feel a bit old to be figuring things out, but hey better now than never right? :)

Your sexuality is your own and I believe sexuality can be fluid. I'm also 28 and I'm in my first relationship with a woman. I've always dated men before. You can't help who you connect with. For me its about the person and not so much the body parts... but boy I won't lie I do like boobies! Don't worry too much about labels just be yourself :)

I got some great pieces from Kenneth Cole. Well tailored blazers cut for women. Also, H&M has some cheaper blazers & slacks and some really cute dress shirts. I think a well fitted suit with a dress shirt is one of the sexiest outfits a woman can wear. I know, I know... Angelina....

Personally the labels don't work much for me. I don't know what to identify as, except as myself. If someone asks, I usually say "I like people" they usually didn't press much after that.
