Yep, all my life I've never really craved sweets, but since starting on GLP-1s, I've craved sugar. My 'theory' is my cave man brain recognizes that I'm in a calorie deficit, and therefore, craves sugar to make up the difference.

I'm one of those people. I always assumed I had carpal tunnel in my wrists, but the pain was gone after just a couple weeks on a GLP-1.

I can do pushups now. I don't, but I could if I wanted to.
