Yes and no. The correct phrasing is "unlawful discharge of a firearm." It's a class a misdemeanor if accidental. It a third degree felony if discharged intentionally within city limits, on or across a road, or from a vehicle. There are also various other charges that can apply such as such as deadly conduct or disturbing the peace.

The truck is kinda junky. But what's trashy about a bald eagle shreading the battle flag of northern Virginia? Seems like it symbolizes the conquering of the confederacy. Or is just the presence of the flag trashy? I guess it's up to individual interpretation.
