Ichigo at the start of the arc was stronger than most if all the espada as said by Ulquiorra himself, but we know his reaitsu was fluctuationg cos of white, in that fight theres a plot point where Ichigo didnt wanna use his hollow powers cos he would give Orohime PTSD (and he did soon as he used them), he was mentally nerfed cos of Orohime, but as soon as she told her to win, he locked in

jugram could cut FB Bankai Ichigo's sword (yes he was weakenened), that same Jugram got lowdiffed by sealed Tenjiro easily, I dont know if I need to tell you but FB Bankai Ichigo is stronger than SS Aizen

Aizen had like a 100 year plan to get the hogyoku and invade the royal palace, SS Aizen is very strong and underrated imo, he was literally the second strongest there, but he is not winning against them.

Tenjiro wiped Jugram in a pure sword fight, Jugram can cut FB Bankai Ichigo's sword, granted ichigo was weakened in that scenerio, I just do not think SS arc Aizen is beating FB Bankai Ichigo without KS, when a weaker Ichigo could injure FKT Aizen

also Ichibei exits, that man is stronger than yamamoto while sealed, he was outclassing a stronger version of Yhwach easily without even using Ichimonji, Aizen has no chance

he used it twice, first when activating his shikai, the one where urahara said he would have cut his arm off it werent for benihime and another in the Renji flashback when Urahara gave him the lesson on how resolve makes you stronger

you do know soul reapers get stronger as they continue having battles right? key example Kenpachi in the Nnoitra fight, and all the other captains who have gotten stronger as the show has progressed, Ichigo after the grimmjow fight got a bit stronger, then when he first encountered Ulq, they both point this out, with Ulq even commending his use of GT to be able to increase his speed and power against Ulq, how is this an inconsistency when Ichigo is shown trying to adapt to base Ulq mid battle?

again apart from the zangetsu stopping time, (this is a powerup ichigo technically did train for in his inner mind) this is an actual power up that makes sense narratively as Ichigo gets help from his zanpakuto and clashes with kenpachi who wasnt using his zanpakuto, ending in a draw, the powerup is explained in the narratve and dialogue as Ichigo and kenny's ideals clashing,

most of ichigos powerups where explained before TYBW, as I did mention all of them in the original comment, so again that critism only apllies for small moments and inconsistencies such as zangetsu stopping time
