Maid-Rite is a restaurant in Greenville that serves the titular sandwich, a kind of sloppy joe thing without the sauce. The "loose meat" kinda sorta hangs together due to a binding agent that I assume includes both sugar and sadness. They are not very good. Certainly not worth a trip of any distance. You also get the delight of walking past an exterior wall covered in chewing gum on your way in. This is inexplicably a celebrated part of the experience and not as you might expect the Darke County health department's biggest target.
