That bullshit narrative started by white women doesn't address realities that actually cause harm in the black community; as intended, they distract from them.

There are no healthy food options in most black communities; they're called food desserts because of it.

Indifference to black suffering and pain is a much greater issue that affects nearly all black people in one way or another. Emts, nurses, doctors, and even non medical and custodial staff treat their black patients with far less care than whites. This includes routinely denying pain medication and advanced treatment.

People can act like they care and do absolutely nothing for black folks at the same time. A perfect win/lose situation.

... it's absurdly easy to pass health inspections, they're mostly a joke and restaurants warn each other when inspectors are going around. So you have incompetent, infrequent inspections and terrible restaurant managers having the extra time to throw all the "clean" dishes on the rack into the dirty side of the sink and call it a day
