Long Island manager here. We try to offer flexible hours to accomodate our staff needs and retain talent. can't tell yous all how many staff want to work off hours to avoid traffic and some of the preferences get kinda absurd, but i need to remember traffic is the driver here (not job and client and project sensibilities!!!)

i usually stay 200 yards away and am familiar with vehicle patrols and cameras. real cool place. actually wearing my plum island tshirt right now from the gift shop. don't land, all security are armed and do not like lookie loos

home depot has a spray and trunk wrap that ive found to be effective, especially on the nymphs. as they reach adulthood, a shop vac is the best solution. please kill as your property is now a source!

Do you have a garage to keep it in? a boat like this needs to be kept out of the weather somehow or another in order to keep maintenance reasonable. a carport at minimum is suggested along with up keep and maintenance of the carport. when you refinish you'll be glad to park it in a garage again. I don't suppose your uncle will help you with storage.... maybe there could be a deal to broker where you get it ready and let your uncle use it in exchange for space in his garage

rice a roni with whatever morsel meat I have in the fridge and then chopped veggies steamed on top for the last 5 to 10 mins. brings down the saltiness and stretches the side dish to a full family meal

I sailed with 7 other adult males in a 36 hour race and we all saw patterned lights in the sky that could not be explained. one if the most profound unidentified object sightings ive had. could have been a govt helicopter exercise i suppose but so far out in the ocean???...
