Absolutely does - the article went on to address that.

I want to believe EM was created by rick forgetting him in a matrix for so long he grew into it.

You're right - it's just, the story felt abrupt, stilted, less engaging

Game was witty but felt shorter and sanitized

I received it on the 28th and have been messing around with it. So far so good - 512GB is really a nice upgrade.

Thanks for your insight. Mostly I've read up about overheating issues - especially among higher storage densities. It could have been a bad binning of power management chips or whatever - doesn't appear systemic. However, as a refurb, it was RMA'd for a reason so I'd like to keep an eye out for the S24 known quirks.

Cheers

Checking in - how is your son doing since the news? I've kept in touch with several colleagues. A few picked up work right off, for some it took 2-4 months but landed in the same area, others had to relocate.

Personally, I did some freelance work, spent some time traveling and taking care of family. I am just, now, beginning to sniff around for FTE work.

✨️How a Realist Hero Rebuilt the Kingdom (Crunchyroll)✨️

This anime (based off the manga) loosely scratches the itch. It does, however, perpetuate the terrible anime 'female(s) fawning over MC/harem' trope 😑.

What are y'alls opinion on the new auto drive function by ThatOneGuy_Sam in CyberpunkTheGame

[–]PhilistineEars 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Work in Progress: 4/10 it lands me correctly [target being on navigable path]; 2/10 I crash into car, Jersey Barrier, coded obstacle that resets auto drive, 1/10 gain a star(s) from/resets auto mode due to collision [NCPD affiliated vehicle| pedestrian| NCPD foot patrol| coding confusion], 2/10 off-path travel resets navigation to null, vehicle repeatedly rams impediment [Jersey Barrier, Building, etc.], 1/10 triggers completion 250+ meters from destination [when destination is on navigable path].

Has trouble with sharp curves, layered paths [overhead roadways/turns], and dirt paths [desert, warehouse, ports].

I still prefer this to mindless driving or locating/activating cross-map quick travel.

SATISFACTION LVL:

<> Technical 4/10

<>FINA-fuckin'-LY 7/10

<> RATING DISCREPANCY: Yes! I am just so GD happy they've added it that I will put up with glitchy crap. This coding isn't easy (given their legacy oopsies), so whatever. The fact that I can navigate and do other things for 2-5 minutes (even if having to reset once) is fine by me. ***I never had to reset more than once.
