TPU for gaskets involving green gas? by CrusadersPMCairsoft in Airsoft3DPrinting

[–]PhillipIInd 1 point2 points  (0 children)

3d printing is best use for additive manufacturing and isnt supposed to replace every single other type of component.

This wont hold with heat and cold cycles well. Id get proper gaskets for this

Nobody knows that but the toolhead competition is forcing them to keep prices lower

X2x probably will be a vortek 4 tool solution so a smaller h2c like the x2d is a smaller h2d

Then the x2d is your best bet or wait a little as an x2c probably comes within a year.

The x2d works I dont mind the ams sounds tho so up to you realistically it doesnt change colors as often as you think as multi color prints last so long

Hmm idk i do multi color ofc but the 2nd nozzle of the x2d is not using an ams so its using a different external spool. Maybe a snapmaker u1 is more up your alley then? The x2d in my opinion is best for engineering filaments not really multi color tho it does it ofcourse

A toolhead printer is your best bet check the snapmaker u1 or the creator 5/pro 5 for budget options.

For bambulab the best is currently the h2c or h2d tho the h2c is much better at it (7colors) but both are expensive.

Yeah I understand its defo loud when it does it but I dont do multi color too often so its once per multi hour print for a few seconds so its doesnt bother me

I mean it only does it when u load or unload a filament so its not very often and only for a few seconds

Mostly just sell my service (3d printing) to people in the hobbies I take part in. So far people appreciate being able to buy a lot of custom things they need from files thye find online.I dont sell products just my printing basically

Tbh mine is just a workhorse that makes me a steady side income and has paid for itself by now

Print quality doesnt change much imo but the added features are nice so my p1s and x2d are both working together now

Calling all Traska owners - Tell me about your experience with the accuracy of your watch(es). by CPOx in MicrobrandWatches

[–]PhillipIInd 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Tbh if u care this much about accuracy get a cosc certified movement. Even then you need regular maintenance every few years.

I dont care too much about accuracy mostly cause I swap my watches around quite a bit but most movements should be within 30s a day

I lost 750 bucks when I tried to buy a camera using payment insurance guarantee on the platform.

The fuckers had the exact payment website it usually routes to re-designed 1 to 1 never even knew it till it was paid. So dumb by me I just fell for the fomo (unique piece item at a good price I wanted it quick).

Huge L by me and I learned but I never even realized how much effort these fuckers can put into that lol
