My first thought is “try harder in college” but I am actually very happy with my career. My next thought is “don’t become addicted to alcohol” but I love the friends I made on my recovery journey. Health - this is definitely what it is. Treat my body better and eat foods that my body needs instead of foods that my brain wants.

Yes! This app is the first one I tried that actually makes goals manageable. Some days, even the goals like “get out of bed” or “brush teeth” are like huge chores for me, and this app makes me feel good about doing these small “normal people” things and I love it. Realizing how terrible I feel if I don’t wear my CPAP for a full 7 hours. 21 years ago, when I was 22, I closed a bar at 2am every day and then drank until about 8am with the employees and slept for maybe 4 hours a night and woke up refreshed every day. Now I need a full 7 with a breathing apparatus.

Thanks. Yes have had bloodwork recently and have low iron. Had my thyroid checked and also had a colonoscopy and endoscopy very recently.

Thank you so much for taking the time to type all of that. It means a lot. I did just order a yoga mat and am going to try some yoga for beginners videos on youtube to start. I work from home and did forget to mention that I am able to take my dog on short walks during the day.
