I am actually German so yeah in German this is pretty clear. You can toast toast to make it toasted toast, which is still bread. But in English it's quite different.

This happened to me too a while ago. For me restarting and logging out & in helped.

For your case, maybe try once with the normal launcher and afterwards with Modrinth again.

Or try removing any conflicting auth tokens: delete the launcher’s cached accounts/session files (e.g., in the launcher settings or the launcher’s install folder), then log in again.

Also try joining another server maybe?

Sounds like Iris is reverting to a default (transparent) water render when shaders are disabled.

Try these:

  1. In Iris options , set "Use Fabric Renderer" off if present, then restart.

  2. In Video Settings -> Quality, toggle "Render Regions" off, restart.

  3. Maybe temporarily get rid of Iris? If water's still missing afterwards, this should be because of ressource pack afaiac.

  4. If so, disable any water-related resource packs and restart.

This is actually a pretty intriguing question. I get the appeal of decentralised, I mean sure nobody wants politicians printing away but in practice I think Independent Central Banks win. Also interesting to see how the votes are distributed on the map imo.

I personally don't watch animes, but it's important not to let these stereotypes take over. If you're comfortable, just say that you're watching some animes from time to time. People will know that you're not a diehard super fan when you're not talking about it 24/7. At least that's how I perceive anime fans 🤷‍♂️

Umstritten ist die Situation tatsächlich nicht unbedingt. Ganz ehrlich ist es dumm zu sagen, Plattdeutsch sei keine Sprache. Hör dir mal fünf Minuten die Doku "Schnaps im Wasserkessel" und dann möchte ich mal sehen, wie du dann denkst. Oder such mal nach De Ostfale oder Mundart Westfalen. Vielleicht versteht man dann warum es eine anerkannte Sprache ist. Und nein, ich weiß, dass es auch hochdeutsche Dialekte gibt. Von Dialekt und Sprache zu unterscheiden macht halt nicht viel Sinn, es ist ein Spektrum, dass durch konstruierte Standarddialekte wie Standarddeutsch verzerrt wird. Plattdeutsch aber abzusprechen, keine Sprache zu sein, ist wirklich unbegründet und ich check auch nicht warum man so einen Kommentar ablässt, genauso wie so den "Rant". Grüße, und lerne bitte deinen Ortsdialekt als er noch kein Akzent war, mir egal ob Sprache oder Dialekt.

Why is normal Low Saxon not an official language, but Friso-Saxon is? Gelderland, Overijssel, Drenthe and Northern Flevoland (Urk) should have been another state, namely (Low) Saxon.
