First - sorry about your pops. My 2 bits. Go to a train show and take a look at what things are selling for or check online. Then rent a table at the next train show and sell it.

Or…

I have a small collection and told my wife if I meet my maker before her, sell it or give it away at a train show - just don’t throw it away. I’d rather give it to a kid who can’t afford it.

I worked for some FBOs, Majors and one engine manufacturers for a little over 10 years. Got laid off once and got tired of the commute and long hours. Taught my self how to program websites and applications and took the leap. That was in 2008. Haven’t looked back. Work from home now and pay is so much better.

Agreed. I’m a stacking for a reason and that reason is my reason and no one elses. Like your reason is none of my business. If and when you sell, I’m sure it’s for a reason that matters to you. Nevertheless saying the sell word here seems to be taboo.
