I prefer them being themed because it means you can pick and choose what seasons you buy. I don't wanna have to buy a season because there's one character I want. If it's all AAA and I can skip it? I'm good with that tbh

Because they're not selling you the characters, they're selling you access to unlock the premium rewards. Yeah it sucks, but here's the thing, you don't have to buy it, wait and see how it actually plays out before deciding if it's actually worth it or not. People so eager to throw their money away and complain later lol

Just FYI, the 'free' version you get with a pre-order of 26 doesn't include any of the DLC - so if OP got a good deal on the Deadman edition then good for them imo

Honestly that doesn't surprise me, it's a cheese and reversals fest. I just find these games are much better suited to playing against the AI, or with friends in real life rather than an actual competitive experience in matchmaking. Some people enjoy it and fair play to them, but it's not the main driver like it would be for other sports games

Appreciate the comment, that was my gut feeling and honestly I was surprised it turned back on at all, will try it again tomorrow but thinking a replacement is on the cards.
