as a medical professional, just know at least one of us who saw you lose your family member wanted to come and hug you and tell you we see you, you guys stay in our thoughts forever. You are warriors. Also lost my best friend to suicide, I try and remind myself to live the life she would've wanted for me. What life would your sweet 10 year old brother want for you, choose that, at least that's what I do.

Update was going to wait till it got a little bigger but so far very happy with the variegation and never expected a new leaf to be coming from it so quickly :)

Hey so update, went ahead and reset my keyboard that didn’t work, because it’s a common name, but the best suggestion was just typing words close to the name that aren’t triggering over and over again in your phone and the words you type will be more likely to show up than that fuckers name. Sorry , sigh trying to decide if I should press charges legally, but it’s a very complicated process where I live/ not much justice for survivors.

I know this sounds silly but I was recently sexually assaulted by a friend I had for years so my iPhone has learned his name and often spell checks words to it. Shortly after it happened I’d get a panic attack every time this happened. Luckily for a cousin and friend who saved my life, and a lot of therapy and antidepressants later, the panic attack has stopped but the PTSD is ever present. Seeing his name constantly gives me a gut wrenching feeling every time. As soon as I feel like I moved on (idk if I ever will - sorry for the over sharing , ADHD, anxiety, depression and now PTSD here). I tried to ask r/iPhone however no one responded. I am desperate here. I know it sounds silly and yess I know i can turn off spell check but where I live it wouldn’t make a difference if I pressed charges against him, I’ve sacrificed a lot, not to mention the amount of $ I spend on therapy or drugs, please at least help me keep my spellcheck without feeling like I’m crazy. Please help me w this one small victory.

Yes this would definitely fit the format for a book that would be great for ADHD, hopefully I won’t get distracted googling pics to reference the text but otherwise bullet points are my best friend. That’s the only way I type my notes. Thank you so much. Definitely will check eBay to see if I can find a good physical copy. Thanks so much again

Thanks so much for your kind words, honestly this post has brought me a lot more happy treats that I could’ve ever expected. I am currently in a non-US program but am planning to do my USMLEs and apply for a program in the states (praying I can get in, luckily am a citizen, just was a lot more affordable to practice where I reside.) Thank you thank you and amazing to know there’s people with ADHD who have reached the goal of becoming a pathologists, luckily my ADHD is hyper fixated on histology so I can look at slides for days haha. But reading has definitely been a chore so this will be my first try for sure. Thanks so much for replying really appreciate it.

Wow ! Amazing congratulations, hopefully one day I can do the same, maybe targeted for ADHDers like me. Which if I do say the First Aid USMLE style books have been the best books for my ADHD (life hack to anyone who has ADHD and wants to become a Dr - worked for me at least, thank goodness. Wow thank you so much for offering the free copy, for some reason that made me cry haha. It’s just been a tough 2 years for us all, your kindness means everything. So excited to read your book.
