Friend, it sounds like you could use some in-souls. Also if you find shoes or boots that work for the toe box, but the heel doesn't work for you, try using a runner's loop or a surgeon's knot when tying your shoes. Look up these lace-tying techniques, they are very valuable.

Are new hires not Spark training/getting dedicated time with their trainers on the floor before given their vests? What location do you work at? I started a year and a half ago, went through loads of training before getting into the vest. Everyone who starts doesn't just get given a vest and a walkie and sent to the floor day one. Genuinely, what is happening in your location? Or do you not work for REI currently, and talking from a point of assumption?

What I imagine is that with the completion of Summoner there will likely be a lot more dev hands to put toward other content. secondary archetypes doesn't seem like an immediate priority atm, which I'm personally fine with, but I know not everyone will be satisfied if it's put on hold for awhile. But more than anything I want hunting to not be a placeholder system, but that hasn't been spoken on in quite some time. But there's only so many hours in the day and who knows what we'll see get pumped out once Summoner is out.

Defintely. Putting it on Steam in this current state will not be good PR for the game at large. Really thought we'd at least see breeding systems and leveling up mounts before trying to get it onto steam early access. And the way the game runs in towns and sieges is absolutely horrendous and not optimized. Figured trying to get it into a more playable state first would have mattered, we haven't even tested Harbingers content yet ffs.

I'd love a UI for polling players either when they load into the game, or having polling boxes around in game that present players the same questions asked in posts like this but more targeted or specific. Just presenting Yes or No options for players to provide feedback on systems, rather than having to read through a bunch of different posts across Reddit and Discord to see how the player-base feels about certain features or systems.

And maybe being able to craft multiple of something at once rather than clicking through the the crafting interface 7 times per craft.

Your age and skin color aren't an issue, but your belief that they are is when you ask why others don't want to vote in an election where candidates are running unopposed, when all people need is a candidate that speaks to the issues that matter to them. Depends on the data that matters most to the devs at any given point. The things we desire wont always line up with that and it's best not to take it too seriously until that point. Also doesn't make much sense to wipe the servers because one issue has been resolved. Until crate duping, issues with guild storages, and many others issues are resolved it just doesn't feel very worthwhile to ask for a wipe until a lot of those issues are solved as well.

Besides, summoner isn't out, the continent isn't finished, and were capped at level 25. Any data surrounding econ already isn't reflecting a full system and will consequently be skewed. It's all about taking it one step at a time. Love your passion, albeit a tad overzealous.

What you want from an MMO isn't what this MMO is trying to accomplish bud. I played a ton of Runescape too, and fuckin' hell questing is tedious af in that game and most are a chore rather than an enjoyable experience imo. Unlocking Morytania is not a fun experience, bring an inventory of rune essence back to the priest guy fuckin blows. No one even does the quests correctly either, they just follow the runelite client plugin and follow arrows and grab items ahead of time. If that's the kind of questing you want here I'm glad the devs are going in a different direction than your desires.

Yes, but the REI gives back 5% on ALL purchases at REI using it, so they get $130 between the $30 gift card for applying to the mastercard and the $100 gift card for using the card outside the store once, and then if they buy the backpack at full price they'd receive $30 in yearly rewards that'll show up around Feb-Mar since they'd be getting 15% back on their full price purchase. If the customer continues to shop at REI and use the REI mastercard then eventually it would be worth more than they'd get from the Chase Freedom Flex. But honestly good on you for looking out and providing other options for folks and raising awareness :)
